An idea of OUCN Scholarship was initially began back in 2005 specially targeted to street children who are victim of substance abuse, today, we prioritize to sponsor for children’s education who are under privilege of education due to their parents’ addiction and financial crisis respectively.

In addition- we provide yearly free residential treatment services for 5 individuals annually who are into substance abuse and under privilege of treatment due to poor financial background even when they choose SOBRIETY over ADDICTION.
