Our Activities

  • Learning & Sharing Session: This session is built to develop active listening skills and public speaking skills to foster empathy, love, and compassion among our students.

  • Happiness Session: We intend to train our students to reconnect to HAPPYNESS through this specific session, where students can relearn to practice HAPPYNESS.

  • Vipassana Meditation: It is one of the major practices that we do on a daily basis, we learn “Art of Living” adhering to S.N. Goenka tradition.

  • JFT Session: Just for Today is one of the key practices that we do on a daily basis, it helps students to overcome their addiction, adhering to NA principles and traditions.

  • SPAD Session: Spiritual Principle A Day is one of the key practices that we do on a daily basis, it helps students to overcome their addiction, adhering to NA principles and traditions, similarly to JFT.

  • Awaken Every Day Session: It is part of our Art of Living, which helps students to cultivate loving kindness, compassion within, and spread joy and happiness for the benefit of many.

  • Artistic Session: The intention of Artistic Session is to assist students to express the emotions that they couldn’t express in L&S and Happiness Session, so that they can unlearn and prepare themselves to relearn.

  • Hike & Meditate with D: This event takes place twice a month, and students can participate at their will; it is a form of nature therapy.

  • Counselling Session: Group counselling therapy runs twice a month, where students can address their psychological concerns to counselors and have them resolved.

  • Individual Meeting Session: This session is being held once a month individually in order to understand their positive and negative aspects, providing constructive feedback for their betterment.

  • Spiritual Session: This session is being held once a week, we listen to Vipassana Discourse and other tools in order to enhance spiritual practice and understanding as part of Art of Living.

  • Bhajan Sanjh: This session is being held once a month, generally on the last Saturday of the month, for overall spiritual growth.
